Please attach your check to the form and mail it to the address on the form. We will send you a receipt for your donation.
Please Note: All donations received by the Foundation are nonrefundable and become permanent property of the Foundation. Shooting teams are eligible to receive an annual grant based on the earnings of their account balance and they must apply via our grant application process (as explained under the Grants section of this website). Activation by the respective school shooting team is required prior to any funding assistance.
